Dr. Andrew E. Trumbach

Dr. Andrew E. Trumbach brings a wealth of knowledge to the capital market and securities field. He is the co-founder, President, and CFO of Awaysis Capital Inc. (OTC Markets: AWCA). He has also served in the capacity as an advisor and CFO to several publicly traded companies in the United States. Dr. Trumbach is Board Member of Finance Belize.

Prior to starting Awaysis Capital, he was the CFO of a multinational family office from 2008 to 2019 that owned and operated one of the largest global perfume distribution businesses that owned over 45 retail perfume stores, in addition to duty free stores located in cruise, airport and border locations worldwide.

Prior to 2008, Dr. Trumbach spent 14 years as the CFO/CIO and Sr VP of a family-owned holding and investment company that included a portfolio that consisted of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate holdings, mining operations, outdoor advertising, publishing, polling, water and sewer utility, mobile home parks, data centers, and cemeteries.

Prior to moving to industry, Dr. Trumbach spent 8 years working in public accounting. He has conducted various seminars and training in Belize and has adjunct at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. He has published extensively. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree, Dr. Trumbach has earned two Doctorate degrees in both Information Technology Management and Accounting.
