Reynaldo is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services, international tax, audit and accounting, business valuations, fraud and forensic investigations, and business advisory. Notably, he has successfully steered the financial services industry through turbulent times during his 13 years in key roles and as President of the Belize International Financial Services Association. He has been instrumental in the push for the establishment of a marketing and promotion arm for the financial services industry of Belize.
He is a CPA with a Practicing license from the State of Michigan and Florida, a Chartered Accountant with a Practicing License from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Belize (ICAB) and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Reynaldo is currently appointed as Chairman of Finance Belize Ltd (FBL), Commissioner on the Financial Services Commission (IFSC), Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Social Security Board of Belize, Director of the Belize Tourism Board (BTB), Regional Director for Moore Global Latin America and Director of Moore Global Quality Standards Board.
