Mr. Snider is a retired senior executive with over 40 years of international financial services industry knowledge with hands-on implementation experience at some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

During his career, Mr. Snider has worked directly for both the Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Butterfield and has consulted to public and financial institutions across Canada, the US, EU, Mexico, India, Japan, China and South Africa. Mr. Snider was a senior Strategy and Operations consulting partner at Deloitte Consulting with a solid understanding of the challenges facing both developed and developing countries. He has also lived and worked with financial institutions in Bermuda, BVI and most recently Belize.

Mr. Snider’s certification by the Canadian Securities Institute’s Partner, Director and Officers (PDO) designation as well as from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) enhances his fiduciary credentials while an LLB and MBA (Finance) underpin his industry specific and financial management skill sets.

Mr. Snider has been a Special Advisor to the Belize Ministry of Finance and the Financial Services Commission, actively supporting both through numerous, critically important initiatives and as a productive member of the FSC Commission. He has an extraordinary understanding and appreciation of Belize with a multitude of close relationships.
