Trust Bill Sensitization Session with Key Financial Stakeholders

Finance Belize, in partnership with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Belize and the Belize Companies and Corporate Affairs Registry (BCCAR), convened a productive Trust Bill Sensitization Session with key financial services stakeholders to review and discuss Belize’s proposed new Trust Bill and Regulations.

We are grateful to all participants who joined the session and contributed valuable insights to the dialogue. The draft legislation represents an important step in modernizing Belize’s trust framework and strengthening its competitiveness, transparency, and regulatory alignment.
